How to claim

To initiate warranty claim, simply email us at support@soniclamb.com to share the details, pack the headphones in the original retail and shipping box and have it ready. Our shipping partners, DHL and DTDC (for India) will pick it up from your place (home or work) and ship it to our facility where we’ll repair or replace your headphones and ship it back to you free of charge.

To get Sonic Lambs repaired post-warranty period, please follow the same process. After warranty expires, we shall continue to support repairs for all customers at cost.

If your headphones are still under warranty, contact us at support@soniclamb.com to start the process. Please pack the headphones in the original box along with the foam. Absolutely! Sonic Lamb lets you feel the bass outside your ears through skin and bone instead of pumping sound straight into your ears.

Our patented Impulse Driver moves the Wooferpads (Earpads) back and forth gently creating micro movements lightly that is sensed through the skin outside the hear. Only the mids and highs travel as sound waves into your ears. With this approach you can feel the low-ends at low volume levels and without pumping bass into your ears. Listen at a comfortable volume and take the usual short breaks—your ears stay happy while the music still feels epic.
