At Sonic Lamb, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly, securely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment of products purchased from our website.
1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to:
- All serviceable pin codes within India, and
- International destinations, subject to export laws of India and the United States.
We do not ship to countries restricted under Indian or U.S. export regulations. If your location is unserviceable by our primary logistics providers, we will attempt to use alternate carriers. If delivery remains infeasible, your order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
2. Shipping Partners
Our primary shipping partners include:
- Domestic (India): DTDC and Blue Dart
- International: DHL and FedEx We may engage other logistics providers based on serviceability, cost-efficiency, and regional constraints.
3. Shipping Method & Charges
Priority Shipping
We offer priority shipping for all orders to ensure faster processing and delivery.
Remote Area Surcharge
For both domestic and international orders, an additional shipping fee may apply for remote locations. Customers will be informed of such charges:
- At checkout (where automatically detected), or
- By our support team prior to dispatch if applicable.
Shipping Charges
- India (Domestic): Free shipping on all headphones and accessories.
- International: Shipping charges may apply for remote regions and for certain add-ons or accessories.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international shipments, all applicable customs duties, taxes, or import levies imposed by the destination country shall be fully borne by the customer. These are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid directly by the customer to the relevant authorities.
5. Dispatch Timelines
Orders are generally dispatched within 5–7 business days from order confirmation. While
we dispatch on weekdays, exceptions may occur during public holidays, unforeseen delays, or staffing limitations. For pre-orders, dispatch may take up to 30 days.
6. Delivery Timelines
We aim to deliver orders within:
- 5–7 business days from dispatch for both domestic and international shipments.
However, no guaranteed delivery timeline is offered, as actual delivery is subject to logistics partner performance and destination-specific constraints.
7. Order Processing
Orders are processed throughout the week (excluding local holidays), including confirmation, packaging, and dispatch preparation.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available only for domestic orders within India.
- Availability of COD depends on the product and delivery pin code and is determined
dynamically during checkout.
- COD may be disabled for high-risk profiles or pin codes identified by our systems or thirdparty partners.
- COD orders carry a non-refundable service fee of ₹900, subject to revision. The applicable
fee will be displayed at checkout.
9. Tracking Orders
Customers receive a tracking number via email once the order is dispatched. Orders can be tracked:
- On the shipping partner’s website, or
- Via the Sonic Lamb tracking portal on our website.
10. Failed Deliveries & Return to Origin (RTO)
If delivery fails:
- A re-attempt will be coordinated with the customer.
- If re-delivery fails, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse and the order cancelled.
- For both prepaid and COD orders, a refund will be issued after deducting applicable shipping costs, COD fees, and handling charges.
11. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
If a customer cancels an order after dispatch, the refund will be processed after deducting:
- Forward and return shipping costs,
- COD fee (if applicable),
- Any customs duties or charges borne by the company,
- Packaging or handling costs (if incurred).
12. Packaging
All products are shipped in branded, tamper-evident packaging. Please retain the shipping and retail boxes for warranty returns, repair, or refund requests. Invoices may or may not be enclosed in the package. A digital invoice is available upon
request.
13. Multiple Items in a Single Order
Multiple items in a single order may be:
- Shipped together in one package, or
- Shipped separately, depending on inventory availability and logistical considerations.
14. Order Modifications & Address Changes
Modifications to the order or shipping address are permitted only before dispatch. To request changes, please contact our customer support promptly. Once dispatched, orders cannot be altered or redirected.
15. Policy Updates
Sonic Lamb reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. The latest version will be published on our website.
