Order Cancellation, Exchanges, Return and Refund policy

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 6 hours of placing the order. If the cancellation request is made within this time frame, a full refund will be issued. After 6 hours, the order cannot be cancelled. Additionally, we cannot cancel orders which are shipped or held at customs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged and reported within 3 days of receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@soniclamb.com and send your item to:

Exchanges Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Contact us over email regarding the issue with the item along with necessary details and photos.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be in the original packaging, with all accessories included and in their original condition.
  • We do not accept returns for products that show signs of use or wear beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Returns 

If you wish to return the product, you must notify us via email at support@soniclamb.com within 5 days of receiving the product, stating the reasons for the return. We shall evaluate your request and communicate the next steps over email regarding the exchanges.

Please note, a ₹1500 deduction will be made from the paid amount to account for logistics, packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earpads and other personal use accessories once opened.
  • Electronics and audio accessories that have been used or show signs of wear.
  • Any product that has been tampered with, customized or personalized.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for non-delivery of the product as specified above. For all other cases, exchanges are offered if the criteria are met.

If you seek to return your Sonic Lamb headphones for a refund, we will evaluate the reason for the return and inspect the condition of your product. Refunds are offered at Sonic Lamb's sole discretion based on individual assessment.

Please note:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after we complete the evaluation.
  • In all cases, an appropriate shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Shipping charges (if any) from your original order are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds may be granted if the returned item is not in its original condition, missing parts, or damaged for reasons not due to manufacturing defects.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund and have not received it within the specified time:

  • Contact us over email to confirm the refund transaction.
  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product for an exchange, you should mail your product to:

Shipping costs and responsibility for returning your item will vary based on the shipping location. At our sole discretion, we may arrange the shipping and bear the shipping cost or transfer the shipping responsibility to you based on your shipping location.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue an exchange without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
